The Brief

Arvind Ltd. engaged us to deliver influencer campaigns for two of their key retail fashion labels: Megamart and Club A.
 

Each brand demanded a different kind of voice:
 

  • Megamart needed high-energy, relatable creators who could drive relevance at scale.

  • Club A required creators who projected polish, individuality, and aspirational edge.
     

We were tasked not only with identifying the right faces—but also shaping content that looked native to each creator while staying unmistakably on-brand. This was not a volume-driven influencer push, but a precision-aligned collaboration model—built to reflect Arvind’s intent and tone across segments.
