The Brief
Arvind Ltd. engaged us to deliver influencer campaigns for two of their key retail fashion labels: Megamart and Club A.
Each brand demanded a different kind of voice:
-
Megamart needed high-energy, relatable creators who could drive relevance at scale.
-
Club A required creators who projected polish, individuality, and aspirational edge.
We were tasked not only with identifying the right faces—but also shaping content that looked native to each creator while staying unmistakably on-brand. This was not a volume-driven influencer push, but a precision-aligned collaboration model—built to reflect Arvind’s intent and tone across segments.

Results
This wasn’t a media-buy or performance campaign. We evaluated success through brand fidelity, audience behavior, and potential for future use.
Brand-Creator Harmony
Careful creator curation led to content that felt naturally aligned with brand tone and audience expectation — a direct result of creative oversight, not chance.
01
Native Engagement
Audiences watched, saved, and shared. No gimmicks — just good styling, good timing, and creators who genuinely wore the brand well.
02
Post-Ready & Performance-Friendly
Because direction happened upfront, brands received content ready to post — no rounds of cleanup, no creative disconnect, no rewrites. That’s what a managed influencer process delivers.
03
Key
Learnings
-
Brand-aligned creators yield deeper impact than mass-scale seeding
-
Visual language (framing, music, styling) is as important as the outfit
-
Instagram-native doesn’t mean lo-fi—it means platform-smart
